Print Monthly

Print Monthly is the UK's primary source for printing news, views, companies, jobs and industry insights. As such they hold events & exhibitions across the country and organise ‘The Print Show’ at the NEC every year.

The Brief

The brief was to create an envelope that could take their Golden Tickets, would really stand out in the post, ensuring that it would capture the eye of the recipient.

The Challenge

The goal was to produce something that not only really stood out in the post, catching the eye as the envelope came through the letterbox, but also that exuded quality when in the recipients hand and was worthy to house the Golden Tickets, whilst also remaining as cost effective a solution as possible.

The Solution

By using a smooth quality uncoated 120gsm wove paper litho printed a solid yellow this certainly ensured that the package wasn’t going to be missed, also the thickness of the material used exuded the necessary feel of quality that was desired. A machine manufactured envelope this kept the cost of the conversion to a minimum, whilst also ensuring that the consistency of the product was maintained, and that the envelope was suitable for machine insertion which again kept costs to a minimum by reducing the cost of the insertion to a minimum thus keeping the project within budget.
